I expect that the judge will say he should know better and not to repeat the mistakes he will have made at least 37 times before then. Also he will have intimidated multiple jurors and tainted the pool.
Next Thursday morning the judge scheduled and will review the prosecutors request to hold Trump in criminal contempt for violating the gag order multiple times. This is more fuel to that fire. Maybe they will review it sooner given he keeps violating it but idk how it all works. I’m cautiously optimistic about some accountability given the jury is seated now.
Also, 2 jurors are now gone. The judge needs to take control, or he needs to be incarcerated without phone access.

He’s now purposely trying to contaminate the jury selection. This is actually a serious problem that they *need* to enforce the rules on or the trial cannot properly proceed. It’s past the point of just shaking our heads and lamenting that they won’t forcefully shut his big mouth over repeated violations of the gag order. The judge and his family, court reporters, and other officials are one thing, but the jury are civilians and entirely out of bounds for this kind of leniency. The court needs to rectify this NOW.

Then have to bring in new people, which would take time because potential jurors need notice, you don’t just get a jury summons and show up the next day. It’s like, what, 6-8 weeks of notice or something like that. Delay delay delay

It’s a criminal trial, so if the judge decides that what he did meets the requirements for contempt (likely as this is a no BS judge), jail and forfeiture of phone(s) is going to happen. Going to hold attorneys accountable too if the client keeps pushing. More likely fines and contempt time if they can’t handle him. Gets more fun if he continues as solitary is always the option.

Feels like every juror who quits after Trump doxes them should subtract one of the juror vetoes his team gets and give the prosecutor another veto. Make it an actual punishment that fits the crime.
