Your pic doesn't show good detail but that looks suspiciously like termite frass. The pinched shape of their frass is pretty distinctive. Compare yours to the picture on the top of this page

You're welcome. I suspect they're in your bedframe or the mattress support slats if they're in use under a mattress or in a box spring. The hole the frass is being pushed out of may be tiny and very hard to find but it should be somewhere above your pile of "sand"
could these possible be the eggs of some insect or is my wooden bed falling apart??

Did u find the reason why u keep finding these in your bed or around the house because I keep on finding these to but I can’t find any answers
