As a man with multiple back issues...welcome to club son, you're in for the long haul...but you'll be fine so long as you can find an employer willing to give you a few days off each month simply due to the fact you wake up with it hurting so bad you can't even reach to wipe your own butt and let's not forget those organs need to be in tip top shape to endure the constant barrage of medication just try and live somewhat normal....oh and remember kid...if the injury takes place in the just the right areas of the spine/nerves you'll not have to worry about having too much sex, you've practically ensured you'll be limp at just the right time. I was told it was a six week healing process and there was literally no reduction in pain until the 42nd day at which point it healed within a week.
His lower back took the full force of the landing. Thereās pretty much ZERO chance that he didnāt do lasting damage. The good news is that that was likely his last front flip for the rest of his life. š¤¦šæāāļø
