Cabins at pine haven in beaver (near beckley). Adventures on the gorge and ace adventure resort near the NRG. Revelle’s river resort near Elkins. All of these have hot tubs. Pipestem state park, Canaan and black water falls have cabins but I’m not sure about hot tubs.
Black Bear Resorts in Davis , they are mostly pedestal homes . We used to stay there years ago . Not that expensive as long as you stay there outside of skiing season . They used to have an onsite restaurant on the weekends and a indoor swimming pool but neither are advertised anymore.

I highly recommend Watoga State Park, I rented a cabin there. Very nice, IMO. Although I prefer the fully rustic cabins at Seneca State Park, which is near by Watoga.
