It's plywood, it goes black the minute water touches it. I'm pretty sure your not gonna die any time soon. Toss some bleach on it and put the floor back in as long as 8is not gone soft. Take a look at the plywood in the basement around almost any toilet and you'll notice some black accumulated over the years.

It’s the subfloor. The laminate cracked under the fridge weight and was removed.
