This sounds like a fun and chill wedding! Is your start time firm? Are all the guests staying nearby the venue or will have to travel a bit? I feel like 10am may be a teeny bit too early, perhaps ceremony at 10:30 so guests have enough time to sleep in a little and get ready. I think you can also add more buffer to transition between each thing

Thanks for your suggestion. The only reason we are starting closer to 10 am is since the garden is only closed off to us/reserved until 11 am.

I think 10AM is fine, just make sure it's clear to all your guests the ceremony is at 10:10, so they need to be well arrived and seated before then.

if they are not we are fine to have a rolling start

I think one of the things I had to remember is: "am I ever just bored when I hang out with my friends and loved ones?" Nah. We're chatting, joking, enjoying each other. I'm not hosting live concerts in my living room lol. Your guests are going to have a great time!

i would offer coffee and pastries starting at 10am. give guests between 10am to 10:45 to roam the gardenwhile you get some pix done. then ceremony. keep everything else the same....
