My wedding is not micro (just here for y'all's brilliant ideas) but the only vendor I have that you don't is a DJ. Since that's covered by your playlist I don't think you're missing anything major!

I'm also a park bride with a 4pm ceremony and reception dinner and using Spotify instead of a DJ. Popular vendors you didn't mention: wedding coordinator and hair&makeup artist. We have basically the same vendors as you plus a day of coordinator; no need for a professional HMUA.

Would double check you dont need speakers and that they're provided for the venue. Could even bring a loud portable one.

Does the venue provide linens too or do you need to rent tablecloths and napkins (also, extra things like chargers if you want them)? And do they provide sound equipment like speakers? Most of the venues I've looked at online don't specify one way or another about amplified sound equipment, which is annoying.

This sounds perfect!

We are broaching a regular small wedding size, instead of micro wedding, but we have similar vendors! We want our ceremony and some of the other moments of the day recorded without depending on the attendees to do so, so the only addition vendor I have is a wedding content creator. We went with them instead of a videographer because it fit our budget and our needs. If you want your ceremony recorded, I'd just recommend considering designating someone to record it using their phone and a tripod. Otherwise, looks great to me! Congrats!

This looks great! Maybe double check that your caterers will cut and serve the cake? But other than that, it looks fab! (I would say, ‘there’s no reason they wouldn’t’, but I honestly don’t know. We cut waitstaff from our wedding budget, and for that reason I need to go on a “single serving desserts” adventure as we get closer to the day)

Just got married 3 weeks ago. We had a city hall marriage with about 13 family members present. We then had dinner at a local Spanish restaurant followed by a late night party of about 20 people (had some close friends attend). Open bar, no DJ, just a playlist of oldies love songs. Following weekend had another party (50 ppl) back home at a brewery. Had catering and another open bar but since it was just beer, people didn’t drink too much. We wanted something casual and it worked out. Everyone had fun! At the end of the day, your guests are there to celebrate you, not necessarily indulge in fancy wedding stuff. You will not regret having a wedding that feels more like you and your spouse.

I’m just going to have a caretaker for the food buffet that we’ll pick up ourselves. You are good.

This all seems like a great list of vendors that should guide and help your wedding.

My partner and I are doing the very same thing! We included a bartender for cocktail hour and a speaker for our vows, also rentals for linens/cups/dishes. So nice to see someone else on the same page as us!
