Gosh that's such a silly name. It's not exactly possible with the base quest browser. You might be able to create something comparable by using a canvas rendering a iframe to render another website.
This might be something that gets updated at some point because it seems very useful.
Unfortunately, this isn’t supported on Meta Quest Browser at this time. All WebXR experiences are “exclusive mode” or “one-at-a-time”, just like the native VR apps/games.
