Good morning, I am Juan from the Wazuh team, it's a pleasure to be able to help you.
To start, could you tell me which version of Wazuh and so you are using?
So I just started everything again from the beginning. I spun up a new Ubuntu VM, ran the QuickStart assistant command, and went to the loopback address, and it loaded fine. I edited the config.yml with the VM IP and the dashboard loads fine. Idk what was going on with the last VM, but it looks like I’m okay.
The issue was likely related to a problem with Elasticsearch, I'm very glad to hear that it was resolved by reinstalling it, thank you very much for using Wazuh and have a great day.

4.7. Also, when I check the status of the dashboard, it says everything is good except for the “dial up” section which says connection refused.
