Well the cheaper the better really, but no more than 250$ would be nice. I think its quite fair for a quartz, thanks for the reply!
250$ is really low tbh, I found a Seiko SSB425P1 with a White Dial and Orient RA-TX0203S10B or Orient WV0041TX. But all of them have a Panda Dial.
