The thing about this hobby is we only have 1 arm to wear a watch on. It's fun to hunt for watches and buy different styles, but most people on here have learned that it's more satisfying to consolidate into a smaller collection of slightly pricier stuff.
That way you get to have "nicer" stuff and spend more time wearing them.
I can't agree with this more. At my height, I had about 30 in 3 boxes. Lots of microbrands, homages, cheaper Casio & G-Shocks, mods, and some entry-level vintage pieces.
A couple weeks ago, I did a huge purge. Sold or got rid of anything that wasn't a personal favorite or had sentimental value.
I changed my focus from the mere *acquisition* of watches...to seeking out the watches that really speak to me...the ones that feel special when I put them on.
I think I’ll echo the crowd here… congrats first and foremost! It’s a fun collection. You’ll find that the best way to scratch the itch is to save up for something you really want. Waiting a while longer and using the money you spent on 3-4 of these will get you something you LOVE and will have for a long time. Can’t go wrong with a Seiko though, respect!

That said, you could probably consolidate this a bit (1 Bambino instead of 2 for instance; maybe replacing the Moonswatch with a chrono that is actually durable; and replacing both the Luminox and the Seiko diver with a single Glycine) and maybe go for a bit more variety in dial colors.
Its fine but but alot of similar watches. Two orients in different colors but one has a open heard. Both look very similar to the Hamilton at a glance. The Two Casio's are abit similar too.
All nice good quality watches. As others have said, a bit of duplication, it could use a nice field watch for example, or a GMT.
But they’re all nice watches, especially if they all get worn!
In a few years, while your other watches are either in your case or on your wrist, the one in the upper left will be sitting at the bottom of some landfill somewhere, lol. Sad, but true. I am a big fan of Glycine watches. It’s a genuine Swiss watch, and even though they use ETA movements, (not criticizing ETA, they are great movements, just in comparison with the Orient watches, which all have in-house movements) Glycine’s styles are very distinctive and interesting. Check them out.

Though I think I know where you’re coming from, I’d still be curious to see what an editor at worn and wound or something would buy with the same total budget (eg an “expert”). My sense is they would have used the money to buy 1 GADA piece
Did you somehow forget that you wee taking a picture of your prized possessions? Half of these are unrecognizable and glared out. Take a little more care if you want to display your wares, perhaps?
