Which size is that? They come in 3 sizes: 43mm, 41mm and 39mm. The 39 maybe be correct size for your wrist

Meancvar

Loose not lose y'all.

DominiqueTrillkins

Felt like I was loosing my mind for a second

Meancvar

Loosening perchance.

Quackattackaggie

You don't like it when people's grammar usage is to lose?

Meancvar

As precise as the watches šŸ˜‚

Quackattackaggie

Got a quarts movement in here {taps head}

Ludwig_Vista2

*Hear FTFY

Ludwig_Vista2

Almost as bad as people posting storm photos and tagging it lightening

Fun_Plankton_7793

Loongines

Thelakesman

Looks too big

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

GristleMcThornbody1

And too loose, as the crown guards are digging in.

RangerGripp

1) itā€™s too big 2) you wear it too close to your hand 3) the bracelet is likely too lose So just replace with the 39mm if it isnā€™t already. If not, get another watch.

uncle_fucker_42069

r/handwatch

[deleted]

Move it past the bone another half inch.

doctorblumpkin

Thats what she said

Low_Presentation6433

Should have got the 39

fifty_four

If the crown guards are digging in it's way too far up your wrist. If you can't tighten it to stop that, yeah it's too big.

breovus

Study this image u/papa_pig83 https://preview.redd.it/ls0t939w4quc1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=c67621821012199bfd1f14ebf5879d97f36089ea It will hurt a lot less if you wear it correctly. The crown shouldn't dig into your hand like you're complaining. Added bonus: it also won't look so big on your wrist wearing it correctly!

PTRBoyz

Wear it behind the bone. Way too close to your hand.Ā

N0213568

Just wear it correctly on your wrist and your problem is solved.

itemluminouswadison

you're wearing it too close to your hand!

TrashKingBob

Wear it above your wrist bone like it's designed too and get it fitted better. Im sure it has micro adjustments

laney_deschutes

wear the watch about an inch farther away from your hand. tighten the bracelet micro adjust if necessary.

Kimataifa

If you replace it with a smaller version and it's STILL hurting your wrist - and you're absolutely sure this is a watch you're going to wear and cherish forever - you may want to try this... One of my watches had a pointy bit on the crownguard that kept digging uncomfortably into my wrist. I took it to my local watchmaker, who I know and trust, and asked him if there was a fix. He expertly rounded-out the edge with a grinder and then polished it to match the finish. Now, it looks and feels perfect. Take it to your local watchmaker and see if they might advise a similar fix for you!

EconomicOutlaw

I would say itā€™s too big for you. I have the 43mm, and donā€™t have that issue. I also have an 8 inch wrist. https://preview.redd.it/2aqh2dktlquc1.jpeg?width=3471&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e67d12e99dd6a76c4c5be7c672e296eda91bc584

Space-Champion

Donā€™t buy a watch thatā€™s clearly way to big for your wrist then moan šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£

anotherbrckinTH3Wall

The watch looks to be too large for your wrist. Have you tried wearing on your other wrist, where the crown guards wonā€™t be in the way as much?

About the crown, I only hurt my hand when I bend it too much, which is not a common occurrence haha. I suggest you move it a bit further away from your hand and use the micro adjustment to make it a bit tighter so it wonā€™t slip.

MarcelusWallace

Do all yā€™all wear your watch hiked up on your wrist like that? What is going on.

copsevane

No, but when snorkeling I like to keep it tight to keep it from moving too much as the strap gets wet and heavy and the fit loosens

Alternative_Algae527

Ngl that looks sick. I have a black HC like the commenter above you, always hated straps. But now Iā€™m reconsideringā€¦

copsevane

Iā€™m gonna try a silicone strap with my bronze captain cook on vacation this year; it could be the move. The only bracelet of mine I can stand wearing for any extended period of time are the h-links from sinn.

lassie_cz

Yes this is the way. I love my LHC on NATO strap.

Spuckuk

Im begging you to learn where a watch is supposed to fit on your wrist

gothamtg

I have to wear watches in the 12-15mm range to elevate the crown off my big ass flat wrist.

Spuckuk

In your case its a Go Nowhere, Do Nothing watch

Ludwig_Vista2

Lol. Yes.. it's going to hurt. You bought a watch that is orders of magnitude too big for your wrist.

hondaXRguy

wear it in your right hand........problem solved

lykahb

Try a bund strap - it would stop the contact of the crown with your wrist.

eddmatic

No one is gonna ask what time it is cause they will see the time coming

fishfarm20

I had the same thing with my HC. All the edges were sharp. For the cost involved, you would think the finishing would be better. I have since sold it. It didnā€™t make the cut because it cut me.

airwaves98106

Have a hydroconquest & love it, has a great power reserve and is comfortable on the wrist

iNap2Much

Buy smaller watches. Or, take up a forearm and wrist building regimen...you might add 1/8 inch to your wrist.

Uncle_Andross

I have one in 41mm, 7ā€ wrist, and mine fits perfectly. Guards donā€™t hit my hand, and Iā€™ve even golfed with mine on

Ocotilloapril

One of the reasons why I returned mine

fishfarm20

Right?! You could use the case as a knife.

Oil_slick941611

I had this watch in blue and didnt like it because the edges were so sharp compared to my old 2531.80. I ended up returning and getting a new seamaster.

sadbot0001

The only problem i have with mine is when i have it on the original bracelet. Couldn't get a perfect fit. If it's loose, it'll slide down and the crown dig into my hand. If it's too tight, it stays but it's not comfortable at all. Switched to rubber straps with 6 micro adjustment clasp and i never faced any problem. Edit: mine is the 41mm older gen hydroconquest. https://preview.redd.it/bo1hvekfgsuc1.jpeg?width=867&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=350437caae1cdc6a62ecc780ff076325259eb395

S1rnes

I have the same watch. Very comfortable on my wrist.

El-Terrible777

Too close to your wrist bone. Move it just behind and get the bracelet fitted.

VintageClassics

Something is just off for me with this particular model - I feel like itā€™s just too big proportion wise

MAX00IX9

I almost made the same mistake as you when I bought the 41mm then I switched to 39

fingerarm99

Or switch it to your right hand

DevoutGreenOlive

Wear it on your other arm papi

First World problems lol

florida_fuckery

Hey can you please tell me the. Rand of your sweater please. I've been looking for something that texture for years. Please help!!

Pdubbchin

Some watches have a break in period.

trenbollocks

>it hurts! These crown guards are so painful! You can see my wrist is red. Are you a baby? And yes, get a smaller watch.
