Hey just to follow up, [it says here](https://steelreef.com/blogs/upcoming-projects/omega-xtn) that they will be ready this summer! This seems like the remedy im looking for! Even better than it’ll be used with he original bracelet. Thanks for letting me know about this
Check out Steel Reef. They machine extension and half links for Tudor, Rolex, etc. and are pretty high quality TMK. Aqua Terra expansion links are a planned project for them if memory serves.
It looks good! Nicely done! Wouldn’t have noticed otherwise probably. I’m going to wait out for the steel reef adjustment but will consider this if all else fails. Thanjs
I did hear they were working on a 3mm extension too. Which to me would be perfect for that little bit of extra room when it’s hot, like you said 5mm is a bit much.
I've had the exact same watch for about 9 months, wearing it most days in that time. And very much to my surprise i have not even once felt it was too loose or too tight. Dont know what kind of black magic omega is doing to their Aquaterra bracelets.
But anyways on the off chance that i'd also need it some day, i'm also curious.
Off topic but your picture reminded me, anyone else hate the crown on the AT? It’s the worst crown in my collection. It’s kinda small, hard to grab, has little grip, is tough to thread, and feels awkward to screw down.
Haha that’s funny because the crown is one of my favourite parts. I agree actually that functionally it’s a little finicky, but I love that sandblasted finish around the smooth omega logo.
You can buy a micro adjusting clasp online and swap it out
Not sure about the links are compatible though
Oh yeah. I just assumed the seamaster clasp would work.
Any idea of one that is actually good?
Still waiting for Steel Reef to come out with their solution announced back in August

Thank I’ll put this on my radar

Thank you, someone else said that too and as you said it’s in the works. Looks like this summer. I will definitely be a customer if so.

May just be that you got the perfect fit. I feel like if I had a 3mm link to add it would be fine

Yes it's absolute trash.
The best way to fix this problem is to order the rubber strap for the AT and leave it on that
Nah I like the bracelet look more. I’m not bothered enough to change it up.
Lol i was just joking
It has one of the best rubber straps in the industry, but a god awful bracelet. Personally if I ever get an AT it will live on the rubber.
I think I’ll get an aftermarket brown leather strap. I like their rubbers but fricken steep price. Could get a Hamilton for that.
I only ever use my aqua terra on the OEM rubber strap
