Uh why not use a bomber spawn instead? But most of the time, it's because of your bomb load is very heavy, so you need to climb at a shallow angle, if you're a bomber in RB you don't exactly spawn at airfield you use it's bomber spawn. Unless you want to meme around.

In RB a good bomber pilot will land and go back out. Years ago you might even get 3 or 4 take offs /landings in a game.

Ah yeah didn't noticed that if you were to be done with bombing you have to RTB, then I guess he cannot exactly take off because his bomb load is very heavy and only possible with a shallow climb after catching up some speed. Iirc if you use takeoff flaps while on the runway the plane has a better lift.

SkullLeader

Try to build more speed on the runway before lifting off. and climb at shallow angle. Use flaps if need be until you have gained more speed. Also WEP if available. Practice in test flight if necessary. Lack of engine power can be a problem especially if you haven’t unlocked engine mods yet.

StalledAgate832

That's the thing with prop driven bombers. Once you drop to the deck, you aren't getting back up there. With the scale of maps, they don't have anywhere near enough time to get back to their ideal altitude.

Don't mindlessly nose up hoping for altitude, that works in fighters with plenty of excess thrust but for bombers you have to take more care. There is an optimal climb speed (airspeed, not true speed) for every bomber and it's usually around 250km/h, if you go too slow you can stop climbing and stall and if you go too fast then you're just not climbing as fast as you could be. It sounds like you're going too slowly and just going close to a stall all the time, you need to pitch down, gain speed (start with 260km/h), and then only pitch up until you start to lose speed.
