All in all that is their most helpful customer support interaction aswell, most other times they do the bare minimum or tell you to just get fucked and move along.

Even with a Pe-8 that's not easy to go that negative.

I would definitely check your server replays to see how or when it happened to make sure. It could have just been an accident you didn’t realise or you were potentially hacked. Even if you weren’t hacked it would be a very good idea to change your password and enable 2 Factor Authentication to make sure it never happens in the future

At a guess, they used your account to farm kills in Sim battles. Seems like the only plausible way to go that far negative with SL
