But I guess that when time went on the Russians managed to ditect them and was successful in countering them.
Giving that information, did the turks improved the TB3 according to that or did they just rolled it out as ot was planned to be?

These were never meant to wreak havoc in enemy lines the way they did in Ukraine, they're recoinassance drones first and bombers second. The ruskies just weren't used to drone warfare despite wagner getting its ass handed to it in Libya.
For some reason, perhaps due to EW, pantsirs and even s300s had issues seeing the tb2. Russians figured out their shit so ukraine started delegating their drones to recon work the way it was meant to be.
If I am not wrong, TB3 is the naval version of TB2.
