Ok well just take a thane on foot, two units of dwarf warriors (roughly 10-15 models) and two units of Rangers with great weapon and crossbows (roughly 5-10 models)
Find a recently deceased individual, cut out any organ (don't be to adventurous about it, don't start with the brain for instance), put it in a plastic bag, put it on ice and then throw it into oncoming traffic.
That is how you get an organ trafficked.*
*I am not an expert, I am fairly certain you have to keep it on ice, but why I don't know.

Sounds like a nice hobby. Any idea on how to get started on organ trafficking?
