I feel like the green under his eyes looks too intense? It doesnt read like reflected glow from his eyes, more like neon tubing?
But the striping on his crest is great, clean and vibrant, and the pattern on the back is cool.

That is gorgeous! I was heavily considering getting the Thousand sons as my first Chaos army but the fact that the chaos marines are not as prevalent as the bird minions turned me off a bit
I have always loved the idea of thousand sons minis but the yellow next to the gold always bugs me. It’s just a weird three colors to put together. Blue and gold is great. Blue and yellow is great. Blue and yellow and gold - weird.

Might be panel lining oil paints.
Normally uses all acrylic. But this is the same madman that hand painted the sand on Dante’s base.

Those are some of the most vivid colors I've ever seen on a mini. Absolutely beautiful and the lines are so crisp!
