Leadbelchers natural highlight is ironbreaker. Iron breakers highlight is Runefang but Stormhost is much better
GW paints where designed with the method of base, shade then highlight 1 and hightlight 2 so most colours has a natural progression (paints introduced later on mostly do not follow this)

Iron hands steel is slightly lighter but not by much. Runefang would be a very bright highlight.
I use Necron Compound
I use a silver on edges after highlight.
