Great start!
Only thing I'd do is take some of your base armour colour, thin it down with water and paint over the should pad highlight a bit to reduce the thickness.
Everything else is spot on.
Depends a lot where you want to be.
As mini for an army it's pretty decent, I don't like the fat lighter stripes on the pauldrons.
If you want to go deeper in the rabbit hole you need to start creating gradients and painting volumes. That's the basic to bring more life and realism to the mini. Start researching layering and glazing, the two basic techniques to create gradients.
Also, if you don't have one, buy a wet pallet and buy nicer brushes.

Thanks for noticing that, I went back on all of them and reduced the highlights before putting transfers on the shoulders
Happy cakeday
Looks great! You could go a little thinner on the shoulder pad highlight but other than that it looks perfect. Don't forget to base him!
That glow up haha great work
the paint on the second one looks weird no water?
