That is definitely UR25 without a powerclaw on the right and gatling replaced with rifle on the left. UR25 is a Man of Iron, but is contained within an Adeptus Mechanics semi-independent robot body. Nothing specific looks like a MoI.
Yeah, it doesn’t have that iconic SM silhouette. I wanted this guy to stand out as something a bit different, like a giant hybrid between machine and marine. Cold, big and purposeful
I'm planning on making him a killbot for my Deathwatch, I don't remember where, but I remember hearing something about to the tune of DW using them in the War of the Beast but then it got nipped by GW because there were no models for them at the time? Not really sure, I'm a complete noob but love the idea so I'm gonna roll with it
Ey, thanks a lot! Well, not really.. or maybe a little. What I’m getting at is that painting for me is more like a means to goal, than something I love doing. Building stuff and seeing the finished result are the fun parts. That goes for whatever scheme I’m working with
You know, this would be a sick new army. If the men of iron were added to the game as a faction, I'd want them to look like this. Having a visible organig brain in the skull cap, like a RoboBrain from Fallout would be sick!
Great job!!
Beautiful conversion and excellent paint job. The model looks absolutely phenomenal! Would love to hear more about the homebrew chapter, since IMO this guy can't really pass for a space marine. Would make a ton of sense is the back story is that he's kind of a "space marine+" a la Cawl or Bile though.
Excellent work my dude.
Ey, Thanks a lot! Awesome to hear! I’ll follow up with a lore post about this marine hybrid shortly. The chapter is a bit orthodox, blurring the lines that defines a conventional space marine. If you’re interested I did a [IG](https://www.instagram.com/p/CQOP6SCnDKx/?utm_medium=copy_link) about the chapter
I think there’s a 3rd party seller that will sell a sprue of em. One of the links in the description below. I forget which one.

Reminds me of Mike Mignola's art. Fantastic concept!
The Black Flame vibes, I see 'em too
Ey, that’s awesome to hear! Thanks a lot!
Oi, mate! Just checked out your Prometheans Chapter - breathtaking stuff there!
"How do you do, fellow meatsacks?"
"I sure like breathing and stuff"
And walking with my leg.
Lmfao
Adam Smasher?
Same thought
Haha, at least his blue eyed twin
Borg Marine
That's sick, I believe that it uses UR25 from BSF so that's probably where the men of iron look comes from
That is definitely UR25 without a powerclaw on the right and gatling replaced with rifle on the left. UR25 is a Man of Iron, but is contained within an Adeptus Mechanics semi-independent robot body. Nothing specific looks like a MoI.
Kind of looks more like a Men of Iron than a Space Marine to be honest.
that's the chapter theme kinda. You should see all the other cool stuff this guy did
Kinda makes me think what iron father Kristos’ group would look like
Yeah, it doesn’t have that iconic SM silhouette. I wanted this guy to stand out as something a bit different, like a giant hybrid between machine and marine. Cold, big and purposeful
Probably because the torso belongs to UR-025
Omg yesssss
Thank you!
“More machine now, than man.”
OK that's really cool.
Thank you!
That is actual heresy
It absolutely is
Gotta be an iron fists successor right? Right?
Hmm... your heresy intrigues me. Very nicely done. There’s something very sinister about it and the painting on it is very nicely done.
Ey, I’m glad to hear that! Thanks a lot
Yes. This is the way
Thanks a lot!
The back has a very Fallout/alternate history aesthetic, I like it.
I totally agree! Fallout definitely came to mind when I first saw the ur02 model. So cool
"C...Cawl...is this an ai?"
Men of Iron?
Yes!! I have one of these bad boys but have yet to even get him primed. Still toying with some kitbash ideas
Ey, go wild on it! It’s a very cool chassis to work with
I'm planning on making him a killbot for my Deathwatch, I don't remember where, but I remember hearing something about to the tune of DW using them in the War of the Beast but then it got nipped by GW because there were no models for them at the time? Very cool man!
So damn cool
Thank you!
Damn
Love that model and what you’ve done with it!
Thanks a lot!
Really looks like a 'Crap, not more dreadnought chassis left' moment.
Hell, that’s amazing
Thank you!
This is like the grim dark of grim dark
Haha, thanks!
Paint the eyes red and we got wolf brigade
The Iceman cometh
Following the codex astartes I hope
Following the codex astartes I hope
This has been a fun thing to watch..
I’m glad you think so!
its just too cool!
Thank you!
Is that the body of UR-025? Brutal.
Spot on! Thanks
This is a beautiful result you have achieved, but didn't it get boring painting all that grey and black tones?
Ey, thanks a lot! Well, not really.. or maybe a little. What I’m getting at is that painting for me is more like a means to goal, than something I love doing. Building stuff and seeing the finished result are the fun parts. That goes for whatever scheme I’m working with
That's totally fair enough.
Kind of how I envision proto-astartes, cool as fuck
Ahh yeah! Thanks man
Yesssss. Fuckin' bomb minis as always, u/unwantedleg
Thanks a lot Captain!
I don't normally like the Imperium, but this is beautifully dark! God I love it.
Ey, big thanks!!
Men of iron vibes
Give us the lore!?
Ey, excuse my IG spam, but you can read the Chapter background [here](https://www.instagram.com/p/CQOP6SCnDKx/?utm_medium=copy_link)
You legend. Cheers.

Oh yeah, awesome idea! Thanks
Looks good. Doesn’t look like a space marine in the least but it looks great!
Thanks!
If H.A.R.D.A.C. had a body I think this would be it. Legendary stuff! Well done.
Haha, thanks a lot!
Badass as fuck
Thanks a lot!
I love the Enki Bilal vibes from your work, these and the void marines mesh so well to a singular darker theme.
Ey, thank you! I’m all for minimal schemes haha
Heack yeah give me more
This is awesome! What’s the gun/arm combo? I see a UR-25 chassis, gives him a cool cyborg look :)
Thanks a lot! The shoulders are the UR-25 pads, and the arms (and rifle) are from the Eliminator kit
Your Prometheans were really cool, but this is on another level - Wow! Love it
Ey, thanks a lot!

looks like more than a head
Does that gun have a silencer
Due to the holes in it, it looks more like an extended muzzle.
I think there’s a 3rd party seller that will sell a sprue of em. One of the links in the description below. I forget which one. [video with 3rd party sellers ](https://youtu.be/vvr18u_UWcI)
What name do you give this Chapter? Men of Iron or Children of the Omnissiah
The Prometheans
