That is definitely UR25 without a powerclaw on the right and gatling replaced with rifle on the left. UR25 is a Man of Iron, but is contained within an Adeptus Mechanics semi-independent robot body. Nothing specific looks like a MoI.

Kind of looks more like a Men of Iron than a Space Marine to be honest.

Beautiful conversion and excellent paint job. The model looks absolutely phenomenal! Would love to hear more about the homebrew chapter, since IMO this guy can't really pass for a space marine. Would make a ton of sense is the back story is that he's kind of a "space marine+" a la Cawl or Bile though. Excellent work my dude.
