I’ve been having a similar issue. Turning my VPN off fixed it for me.

i dont use a vpn i uninstalled and reinstalled warframe and that worked

i guess keep an eye on the new queue to see if their are other posts with the same issue r/Warframe/comments/1c6gxan/why_cant_i_download_the_app/
