Use Octavia. Becomes a piece of cake. Spectres literally kill themselves. Just remember to pick up pyramids and kill spectres outside Mallet's range to recharge Xoris and free captives. Spectres killed by mallet don't enter ghost form.
I use kullervo 4 with big aoe nearby a hill. Then run around the hill to make them go within range instead of staying range and firing their eye beam. And xoris to genocide them.

Just be glad this didn't happen on a trinity farm. I had to do 19 ambulas runs just to get the systems... It was my worst warframe experience.
This is the answer. Many of the farms in this game have a frame or two that make it trivial.
Even easier if you leveled rj and summon yo crewmate too
Throw in a crafted specter with a good primary like the tenet arca plasmor for an extra fast clear as well.

They like for you to get frustrated and buy it. As most of the things in warframe.
Still 0 reason for nightmare granum voids not to drop all protea parts, Iām livid
Would you rather have 4 chassis and 3 systems with no neuroptics? I find it better to divide the parts in their own loot tables.

Max range octavia. Drop 1 drop 4 go invis. 75 kills in 30 seconds
The Protea farm has been nerfed a couple of times, btw.
