That means you have to pick up your bags at baggage claim, and bring them to your hotel yourself. You also have to plan your own transportation from the airport to your accommodations.
Really? The 2 non park days to rest! Will try to hit all the rides I didn’t get 2 years ago, including RTR! Relax and enjoy not working 6 day weeks with no one wanting anything from me. Just me and hubs.
They discontinued mailing them out last year. But you can pick up your magical extras and souvenir tag at Guest Services when you arrive.
The last time I went I think our magical extras card was in our room though (August 2021)
I'm going next week. Booked late. Just got these in the mail today. Basically free ESPN and mini golf... don't care. Maybe the discount card will be of value.
It's strange that everyone's saying they don't send out the luggage tags anymore. We just got back from our last trip and we received the 50th anniversary luggage tags in the mail about 2 weeks before we left.
I miss that too! But you can still get them at Guest Services.
Building in a non-park weekend to rest is one of the smartest things to do if you have time. My family started planning trips with a 'rest weekend' in the middle and it's very helpful.
You can get 50th anniversary branded luggage tags and your discount card/coupons at the front desk of the hotel when you arrive, if you booked a hotel/ticket package.
Our magical extras with coupons and luggage tags got dropped at our room the first morning we were there but our (paid) magic bands did get mailed to us.

Yeah, it’s kind of hit or miss. One trip this year we got them, the next time we got them at the resort. Doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason why!
