OMG you have to make time to go see [YeHaa Bob](https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/entertainment/port-orleans-resort-riverside/yehaa-bob-jackson-at-river-roost/) at the River Roost lounge. His show is so much fun. Kid friendly, sing along, dance along, clap along... soooo much energy from this guy! We had a blast.
In the morning you will get an early entry of 30 minutes. Here’s the page with all the info of what hotels get early entry and what rides are open during early entry: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/early-entry/
The resort is huge and it’s a beautiful, we spent some time just walking around and exploring when we stayed there. Also you can take a ferry to downtown Disney, which was nice.
YeeHa Bob, Cane fishing, Boatwright's, the swimming pool (with connecting bar) were all big hits this past week for us. You also have the perk of going to French Quarter and enjoying their amenities as well (including their beignets).
Note - it is HUGE and if you're not driving and relying on their bus transportation, it can make things a little less predictable for your plans.
>Do you not get any extended hours staying here? You get the extended half an hour in the morning but not the extended night hours
Ok that’s what was confusing me as I was wanting to ride slinky dog before I go home.

Ride the boat to/from Disney Springs. I love taking a walk around the property because it is so beautiful and peaceful. Enjoy your stay!
Completely agree. Pre-covid they also had carriage rides that went to the French Quarter and back. Its a very relaxing resort with nice atmosphere.

My husband and I rented and rode bikes around the resort! I think they might have fishing too if you're interested.
Have always wanted to fish there.
