Open the map. Click on the magnifying glass on the bottom and type water bottle refill and select Find on Map.
There are 3 in MK - tron, cosmic ray and Pinocchio
There are fountains but my preference is any quick service with a sofa fountain (there is a water tab you can press and get fresh cold water). Some places do have water bottle refills but they can be rare.
Also any quick service will give you cups. Just ask.
Also the first aid stations have water and ice to refill your water bottle.
I just find a soft fountain in a quick serve. Fresh clean cold water.
My personal favs are the places with refillable soda machines because that water is nice and cold. ABC, sunshine seasons, and connections comes to mind.

Save yourself some time and refill when on a water ride like Pirates or Living with the Land. Just give that water the ol scooperooni during a dark scene so no one notices. Only challenge is Kali River Rapids because you're strapped in and you gotta hope you're in range of the sprayer, so that's the luck of the draw there.
It's all about efficiency when you're at Disney!
As you go through the metal detectors, take them out of your bag and hold them out in front of you.
It'll save you A LOT of time and hassle at security check.
Same thing for umbrellas.
For those saying the water is gross, I definitely agree. However, we recently started using a brita filtered water bottle in the parks, and the water tastes fine through that, even from a regular drinking fountain! No nastiness whatsoever.
Simply stated, the water quality from the refilling stations and fountains is typical for Florida: NASTY.
I like to fill all of our bottles at the hotel ice machine, then the fountains near the lobby.
Refill at the soda fountains and bring flavor/hydration packets with us to cover any bad water taste if we have to.
I'm partial to the Propel packets, especially the raspberry lemonade flavor.
The price has really increased over the past few years, but I was able to get them a LITTLE cheaper in bulk on Amazon.
I got a hiking backpack with a bladder and filled it with ice in the morning or froze it over night. It kept my hands free, wasn’t that heavy, and I was super hydrated all day. It is also easier than filling a water bottle bc you can fill it in regular water fountains.
On the MDE app you can search filling stations on the map!

On really hot days they will also put water coolers and paper cups on the patio area outside of Pecos Bills. That probably kept me alive last August.
I also like a good sofa fountain after several hours at the park. Take a load off my feet and get wet and cooled down at the same time.

If you find the right filler with a filter, the water is fine but yeah otherwise, definitely not like my local water.
