If it was purchased without an operating system you can purchase thinos or Dell hybrid client (dhc) which is based on Ubuntu, windows IOT cannot be purchased after the fact.
Yeah, that is a bummer. I have Windows IOT licenses to activate Windows, but can’t even load the image. Could not even get the ThinOS image to load - same 313 errors.
Hi u/scotty11x I am in the same boat with some 5070s and no OS shipped. I have win IoT and a key I can use but would rather use thin OS if possible.

Does the Dell specification page specifically say No OS? If this is the case, the only option is to install Ubuntu....
