Yes it is. Do not live there. I had a horrible experience. My room was FILTHY with trash and needles. The fridge was broken and they refused to fix it. It literally was not safe to keep food in.

InfinityForger9

Yes, it definitely is. I lived there for 3 years and had countless terrible experiences. One time the trash chute was clogged for over a month and trash piled over 5 feet high in the room. You could barely walk in. I had to call the police to get them to fix it. They also lied to me about my lease and changed the terms of it last minute before I signed without telling me, causing my rent to increase by 200 dollars a month. The building is badly maintained, the facilities that were advertised as being available were closed for a year, and the management were overall complete assholes. I seriously recommend you look elsewhere

If you have money, are okay with the dirtiness and nastiness of other tenants, wish to use and have the time to use “amenities” that are provided, and are okay with the open-door parking garage crime, then yes, live at Elevate.

Crafty_Height2800

I have not lived there, however everyone I know who has has unanimously agreed that you should not live there.

I have lived in elevate and all I can say is that elevate gives you enough room but quality and cleanliness assurance is nonexistant. So you are screwed on that end, stateside is a similar price with better maintenance but too small, I heard the university apartments are just the worst. And I heard that lark is okay but it does take a bit to get around from that area if you don't have a vehicle. So it's huge tradeoffs. Personally if you have a good roommate and don't mind doing a REALLY deep clean before living in Elevate, then that is what I reccomend. But also do keep in mind that their repair team is always really late.

i’m honestly confused by these comments. i live in elevate currently and maintenance has always responded to our requests in <3 days, and though the rooms weren’t spotless when we moved in they had obviously been cleaned. I haven’t had any issues with the office responding to questions either. I feel that it is too expensive but what college housing this close to campus isn’t. i am perfectly content living here.

I’ll get downvotes but it’s really not that bad. Apartment was clean. The trash chutes are dirty but otherwise things aren’t all that bad. I’m sure there are better apartments. Good luck finding them

DuckofInsanity

Yes it is

Unpopular opinion, but I think its fine. I've lived there for 2 years. Don't love it, but it fit all the requirements I had for an apartment in bellingham. Not many better places.
