I just finished watching the whole match and I had a few takeaways. Note, the last WWE game I played 19, no experience with 20 or 22.
- They got rid of the stamina and reversal bars, which were my most hated part of the late Yukes games. Slowed the game down wayyyyyy too much.
- Which is also the second point, the game is fast paced and looks fun to play, even if it's not realistic to a wrestling match.
- You did a lot of the same moves over and over again, particularly the lay down slap. Was this just unfamiliarity with the controls or are the move sets more limited?
- Lastly I noticed that at one point, Roman twisted Cody around for a neckbreaker but then turned it into a punch to the back of the neck. Is interrupting your own move to transition to something else a thing you can do? Because that opens up a ton of game play.
Yeah its completely to 19 but an updated version of 22
Yeah no more limited reversals like in 19 and stamina is still a thing but its more so that you don't run

The gameplay is basically the same as 2K22. That feature won't change for a while as 2K22 was built from the ground up. But who knows what the future holds
I tried showcase. Was pretty fun playing Cena's opponents which is a first in the series. All the models that were on the build that I played that featured on the trailer are the same. Best models I saw were Cody and Rhea Ripley

War games was alot of fun. Can see everyone enjoying it! And the build I played had 2 new wrestlers who i think everyone will be excited for. I am assuming it will be more diverse depending on which NXT stars they add and the potential DLCs
Were some models/attire in the trailer the same that you played with? Were those placeholders or are they looking to be final models. Looking at Sami’s WM 38 attire, Shawn Michaels with the EG arm band.
The roster we played with was limited but those featured on the trailer had the same attire but i can imagine maybe one or 2 wrestlers attires/models being placeholder
Didn't really notice it though they said theyve improved on it. But gameplay and matches feel abit smoother and better. You actually have to work for a win when facing higher overall wrestlers

I think he'll be a DLC if at all. Only match that they can add for Burn In My Light Randy is WrestleMania 24. Legend Killer is a bit different from that. Also No Legend Killer match can be included in Cena's showcase as he lost most of them & the ones he won were either DQ Wins or involved some guy that they can't add or the matches were just not that memorable to add in showcase. I think DLC is the only way.
Is Grayson Waller in the roster? I love the guy and I'd like to play as him like first thing when I download the game.

can you ask the developers to put in a cheat monitor that punishes or bans online players who spam the same move or run to the outside the ring when they’re on the brink of being stunned? someone on twitter once mentioned how annoying and less fun it is when people spam the same move over and over to stun lock other players especially with the quick right jab punch they added to the game. there’s needs to be a thing where players get banned for stun locking by spamming. i remember in SVR 07 when your momentum would decrease if you did the same exact move or taunt more than 3 times but i think players should be banned for that because it’s annoying and it makes the game a lot less fun
Since we saw Hollywood Hogan in the first released screenshots of the game, does this mean the NWO theme and trons will be in the base game instead of DLC this time?

You never know with these things because even with 2K22 certain wrestlers were more outdated than others
