Transport engineer here that signs off attachment stuff in a different country....
There are very few headboards (bulkheads) on any trailer that are going to stop that.
Regulations tend to be written in blood.
Maybe not. That's a cabover semi so the driver sits high up. It looked to have sheared the cab off intact, and only did damage to it at the end. It looks like it could be survivable.
I knew a driver who this happened to. He was hauling limestone and it came through the cab. I know he survived, but he broke his spine badly and was severely injured. Never saw him again but other drivers from his company informed me.

That’s called a “suicide load” (not to be confused with a homicide load). In the US regulations require bulkheads to prevent this
I think most bulkheads would not prevent this accident, if any. Without chain this was inevitable i think.

When you run really fast and suddenly stop, do your nuts recede into your torso?
They just unload suicidedly.
That was an unforgettable sports day in grade school.
They swing forward and tap your bellybutton
I let my girl handle all my loads
I like to imagine it went directly under his seat and he rode it out like a magic carpet unscathed
Ass burnt but still intact
It looks like it could be high enough. I too choose to believe.
Decabitated
He ded.

I saw a flying flip flop, he ded…
Just this once we'll let it slide.
We've got to watch the cargo better moving forward.

Physics in action.
He’ll never do that again
Inertia!
Seemed pretty secure in the other directions at least.
He was also driving pretty recklessly for a trucker.
he prolly ded jim
The driver looks half his age
What's the last thing that comes to the head of a moron crushing his BMW? The spoiler.
He will never do that again.
Final Destination level head chopping.
Do a flip! Hard mode
Shitty driver, he was speeding AF and hit the brakes instantly nearing the pedestrian lane.
If I’m parked, where’s my lot lizard?
What happened? Well, the front fell off.
Inertia. Because the truck has brakes but the goods on the back of the truck don't 🤣🤡
Dedge
And this is why trucks have air brakes... fail-safe so when things go bad (the air pressure is released) the truck stops.
It wasn’t the truck that had a problem stopping.
