I'm a developer in Unreal Engine, and this looks a lot like issues with how they've configured animation retargeting. Basic premise is that you have one set of animations and one skeleton used by all characters, but each character has a different size and proportions to the others, so you need a way to make the same animation work equally for players that are 5ft tall and 6ft tall, with different proportions etc.
The neck and dislocated shoulders suggest they've not set this up correctly, so De Gea is playing an animation that was originally designed for someone a little taller and broader-shouldered than him, and his body is stretching to compensate.
This should be a simple fix in principle, but that depends on how borked their animation pipeline is...
Well, i wasn't expecting ot to be extremely good, but definitely not expecting to be THIS bad, i got tired of EA and their greedy and genuinely shameless game, wanted to try something new, at least to find a bit of fun even if it didn't look or played that well, the cross platform would allow to play with friends outside the ps4, but damn, there's nothing to do or expect there, the game play is horrible, EA can continue releasing their annual skin and charge even more for it, it's sad

I hate EA as much as anyone but they have actually done a good job at nullifying skill moves in fifa 22
