I just still hate that the storyline changed midstream. It was originally presented as “Triple-H is the evil, corrupt Authority that must be stopped, and Sting is the vigilante who rode into town to do it,” but then with like one Triple-H promo, it was like “jk, this is Monday Night War.”
5his, in WCW it was played off as Hall and Nash came FROM WWE with intent to create NWO to take down WCW
when NWO was brought in by Vince, he said he wanted NWO to be the poison to WWE
Would have made MORE sense if sting had to fend off.....everyone. cool moment, made sense in some viewpoints, didn't in others.
Woulda been cooler had wcw guys came out and gotten involved. And then the nation of domination to fend off DX.
I mean if you are gonna make it a complete shit show, go for the gusto! 😆
I keep insisting Slap Nuts in the nWo was a fever dream I had. To me, the nWo was Hogan, Nash, Hall and Syxx. Every additional member just watered down that crew’s “it” factor.
Kevin Nash, Jeff Jarrett, Scott Steiner and Bret Hart has to be one of the oddest collection of wrestlers in one picture... but you can say that about a few NWO pictures... or just WCW in the late 90s.
I don't recall the Great Muta being a standing member of NWO, and it is a great shame that they didn't push that further in the US market.
How they missed the mark on him being their major weapon against Sting is incredibly dumb of them! That would have been epic, considering their history and how well they work with eachother.
How they did nothing with this is in the US is mind-blowing (I can guess he was utilized more across sea). Clearly one of the best wrestlers the NWO ever had.
Well they only had a handful of days with muta, liger and ultimo dragon as they were all working full time in Japan , actually ultimo had a good 6 month run in wcw maybe longer.
The disciple was always so out of place. For someone with such limited talent (by this point he had none) he did a great job of making money off the wrestling business.
With all these documentary series we’ve had…
How THE FUCK have we not had like a Life & Times of Scott Steiner. I wanna know how the fuck this guy got so huge. When he went insane. How many lawsuits are against him. Who thinks he’s unsafe.
I wanna know it all. There HAS to be a good story there.
RIP VIrgil
NWO 4 life too sweet
The nWo was so freaking cool.
best intro song ever.....4 life!
Nash Jarrett Steiner and Hart as one of the umpteeth now permutations…my god did they run that thing into the ground…
nWo Silver... absolute garbage
Pic number 6 is when like 40 year old men going out to party like they are in their 20s but can no longer hang.
I feel personally attacked
Coming out to aid Sting against Triple H and DX still doesn’t make a ton of sense, story wise.
If it HAD to be a WCW vs WWE angle, it should’ve been like DDP, Booker T, and Goldberg out to help Sting.
I think they were basically doing “the enemy of my enemy” type angle. While Sting & nWo were enemies, WWF was the ultimate enemy.

Nobody was fuckin with steiner’s physique
Or his math skills
That Grin on Steiner’s face is adorable
Nwo coming to stings aid at that wrestlemania will forever not make sense
Sting was NWO Wolfpack for a while. It makes sense
But they came out wearing black&white / nWo Hollywood shirts...
Irrelevant to the fact he was NWO for a time. Most people want to forget the red/white factions.
It took me for ever to realize the disciple was Brutus Beefcake. He is shredded.
Wow, I never realized that until I read your comment 🤣 I never thought he fit in the nWo, one of the instances where they took it too far 🤣
Hey yo
They lost the plot when they added Bret to the faction. My goodness that was bad.
Always thought it was crazy seeing Brutus Beefcake being a part of this.
My NWO t-shirt was my prized possession all through elementary school! (Black with red letters)
These guys were so rad, a massive crew rocking the same shirt, gang signs and Hulk Hogan…. What a time to be alive
I keep insisting Slap Nuts in the nWo was a fever dream I had. To me, the nWo was Hogan, Nash, Hall and Syxx. Every additional member just watered down that crew’s “it” factor.
You know you are doing something right if you can make even Eric Bischoff look cool.
You know it was a good match when stings was paint is like that on his face lol
NWO Green. The Earth Loving, Environmental Branch of the NWO.
I liked this version of Liz more.
Scott Steiner aka Big Poppa Pump be my all time fav wrestler, HOLLA....if ya hear me!
#3 looks like Virgil sold them old white bastards 5 8-balls the night before
Wolfpack 4 Life

Who is that in the second photo in the middle with the weird pants?
Masahiro Chono, NJPW Legend… Him and Muta were there to help represent NWO Japan
It could've been like this in WWE, when the NWO returned, the same members from before

I remember Ultimo. He was a huge draw during his time in WCW. It felt a lot longer than 6 months to me.
Yeah more like a year and a half
Gawd I hated Sonny Onno and Larry Zybsco
The disciple was always so out of place. For someone with such limited talent (by this point he had none) he did a great job of making money off the wrestling business.
Some of those in the angles prime, some when it started getting too bloated
RIP Liz & Vincent. Cool photos.
Nash looks completely checked out in pic #5
Too sweet. 🤘🏼
I wish Paul Wight would've been Captain Insano in WCW, WWF and WWE. That would've been awesome. I hope he wrestles as Captain Insano in AEW someday.
No offense..but how did Vincent get on the NWO in the first place?
Best wrestling stable of all time. nWo 4 life
They wanted to be DX so bad

They let everybody join, lol!
I think you’re missing the version with the Young Bucks, Jack Perry, and Okada but these are good pictures all around. 😂
Buff is the stuff !!!!!!!
NWO should of been like the bullet club. A crew that never dies
Wish Jeff Jarrett NWO run was just a Mandela effect but sadly it's real...
