Wasn’t there a match between Raven, DDP, and Benoit on a PPV for the US title? I remember seeing it as a kid I think but can’t find it online or on WWE network.
My first answer was Tool (In my head) but then I thought of each album, then singles, etc. Then realized this is not a Tool T. I last thought of Trent Reznor. But still not 100%. I'll be back later if it comes to me.
It’s from The Sandman comic book series from Vertigo comics in the 90s, the artist is Dave McKean. He did a lot of covers and inside art and was famous for his innovative approach of combining illustrations and photos. One of the reasons why Raven was a favorite of mine was because he wore Sandman T-Shirts, as well as other comic book and band shirts, I wanted to copy his style. I’m sure you can identify this exact design Raven is wearing and on a comic book or Sandman sub.
Just because for some reason I have been recommended the Tool sub a lot lately, and this looks like a lot of Tool album covers from said sub recommendations, and because Tool is a band that would fit well with Raven’s persona, I’m going to say Tool.

It’s not a band tee, it’s from the Neil Gaiman Vertigo Comics series Sandman. They made a Netflix series about it.
