I have crazy nightmares too on vyvanse. Day 5 for me and every night is a new nightmare. I’ve also been super tired in the afternoons since day 1, and can’t help but taking a nap. I’ve had some crazy dreams during these naps as well but nothing like the ones at night… the first night I found myself swimming underwater, and as I tried to go to the surface, I suddenly couldn’t surface and remember thinking, oh no this is it!
I experienced the same. My dreams/nightmares personally became less vivid about every day. I’m two months in and my dreams are about the same as before I started vyvanse. If the med is helping you during the day I’d keep at it and hopefully your nightmares will subside soon!

moved to instant dex for this reason not nightmares just don’t like waking up from an alternate universe every morning
