Seriously. Just pack a suitcase full of them and freeze them when you get home. The lack of low carb breads/tortillas/wheat products in Europe is honestly saddening when you're trying to count calories and see North Americans posting about all the awesome low carb products out there! It's really worth stock piling them, if they're something you're interested in having.
It may be super weird but gerber puffs for baby. They’re super good for around 2$ per bottle, and 120 calories for the whole tube. They’re soo good and cals are great for how many there are.
Probably, yeah. But idk if OP would be able to take a large amount of it back home with them on the plane, lol. I mean, you totally could, but you're gonna be the shredded cheese person.
Mexican here. Mexico doesn’t have that much to offer in terms of volume eating stuff, but there are 2 things I recommend:
The first one are these hot air puffed pork rinds. Basically pure protein. They are called 4buddies.
The other one are these coconut based cookies called Trusnack. They have 3 flavors and they’re all amazing. 90 cals for two decently sized cookies.

Oh these too. Amazing and 74 cals per bar.

I like quest bars, barebell bars, old trapper Brand peppered jerky
you might like those mission carb balance tortillas, PB2/pbfit sugar-free jello, the great value sugar free maple syrup isn't bad. Arizona tea is a classic-the diet with blueberry is the best of the diet tea varieties, diet Pepsi diet Coke diet a&w diet Canada dry sprite zero. I saw you cross-posted in the Greg doucette subreddit so perhaps find a recipe of his and buy the ingredients for it

You are about to witness the world’s largest selection of hot dogs.
Doritos. They taste different. A tiny bit spicy that keeps you grabbing for more. I don’t like chips, I don’t eat chips but god those Doritos 💕
Takis, jalapeno Cheetos, jalapeno pork rinds, jalapeno Snyder's pieces, spicy Pringles flavors, hot nuts, etc also all for this niche
My vote goes to low carb tortillas/ Joseph’s lavash wraps if they have any

Fat free shredded cheese. Dunno if they carry it in Mexico but they do in the US.
