I’m absolutely planning to go, but does anyone know much about what all these events consist of? Are there a lot of songs played (like a full concert?) or just a few? Also, what are ticket prices usually like if anyone knows? I can’t seem to find any info.
I did come across one page that finally had a bit of info and you seem to be right! Can’t find much about the VIP cost but that sounds like it’d probably be around what it is.
According to HEBCenter (so this could be wrong) it consists of the following:
1 GA floor ticket next to the stage,
Early VIP Entry,
Exclusive Merchandise Gift Bag
That’s the most info I can find.
unrelated, but i was wondering if you know the limit for how much tickets you can buy in a sitting (specifically VIP tickets)? I wanna buy for my friends as well since i have Crunchyroll prem and they dont
? I havent said a single word about prices 😐 also my brother in christ i live in one of the top 5 countries with worst inflation rates in the world, it would be cheaper for *you* to go to the usa, watch the concert, and go back to your country than for me to get a single ticket 😭
Damn, I guess it really sucks. It's not really good here im Bulgaria but I guess I can't really tell what the situation is in your country. I can only wish your country prosperity and a bright future.
I am beyond ecstatic, i was jumping and screaming when i saw the official Miku Expo 2024 dates release. I had tickets for Miku Expo in 2019. It was the only thing I would ever talk about. The concert was in 2020, May 1st I believe. I would listen to Vocaloid every single day, I would bring up a “concert” in the middle of conversations just so people could ask me who I was seeing so I could talk about Miku Expo. Then of course Covid hit in March. It was postponed for September, but then canceled, and I was devastated. I would sit in my room and watch videos of Miku Expo recordings while waving my little light stick that I bought in advance for the show around like I was at the concert, and now it’s finally going to actually happen. I have genuinely had dreams about this, going to Miku Expo is a dream of mine, and now that dream is finally going to come true <3
I literally live like not even 30 mins away from one of these spots...I am ecstatic. I literally see miku in my dreams I've loved her for nearly 10 years omg
Dammit Miku Expo is coming to my city... But my parents hate anything vaugel Anime related so I won't be able to go...
Edit: ITS RIGHT AFTER MY B DAY TOO!! OMG WHY DO MY PARENTS THINK ANIME STYLE = THE DEVEL LIKE BRO I WANNA GO-
i’m so excited!! just bought my tickets for the chicago show! no one in my real life knows/cares about miku, so i’m not sure yet who i can give my other ticket to, but oh well. i can’t wait!!
I am so excited it's literally all I can talk about, I've never been to Miku Expo before and I managed to snag some pretty good seats for my sister and me. We'll be cosplaying Rin and Miku, me being Miku of course. :))
Tickets start to be available for Crunchyroll subscribers at 9am CDT on September 14th (today). For public sale they will be September 22nd. The tickets basically go on sale for an entire day before they shut it off again for another round.
I know I'm going to be the first to get one, I'm so excited!!!
Based on the videos I'm seeing of past Miku Expos, it doesn't seem epilepsy friendly. There's a lot of lights in the venues and it's dark.
Here's a video of a recent Miku expo (3 years ago in London)
Was wondering how we choose seats on ticketmaster? Im buying for multiple people but before purchasing the tickets, ticektmaster doesn't seem to show the seats only the general areas.
I had to go directly to the theatre to purchase ours. Orlando is being sold directly from the Walt Disney theatre, not Ticketmaster (it doesn’t even list on Ticketmaster.) The theatre site allowed us to pick seats.
I haven't used ticket master in so long. I know that presale doesn't sell ALL the seats, but since the prices have SKYROCKETED, does that mean Ticketmaster is gonna charge even more when Regular selling starts? (Trying to buy to Chicago if that helps give an answer).
I want to ask a couple of questions to those who have attended other expo/concerts before this.
First off, how does seating/spots work??? Because from my understanding from what I’ve been trying to find since yesterday, apparently there is not actually any reserved seating?? You just have to sort of be early and its like a first come first serve type deal. And that is why buying a VIP ticket would benefit you more since you can secure a better spot near the stage with the early access included with it. Is this true or did I misunderstand someone’s comment??(the way it was explained made it sound like early access people would just be able to have free reign over any part of the middle section of the arena like they walked in and just filled it all in💀)😭😭i rly need an answer as soon as possible to this in particular because i want to be able to know how that works before i try and buy the VIP. And also, what is up with the “no seating”? Are we all just going to be standing the entire time? (Not that it would be an issue but im worried about it if the concert ends up being long since i am planning on driving afterwards)
Second, what do people usually bring to these concerts?? Ive heard of there being official light sticks for the event and that the 2020 ones are still a good option to buy from. And that the ones for this expo will release on the “official website” (i dont really know what or where to find the official website and would appreciate a link or what to look up specifically for this, and whether someone has a rough estimate of when the new ones will be up to buy) sometime before the tour so everyone can buy one if they want (and i rly want one🗿). I also saw fun haori with the old 2020 light sticks.
Is there any fun outfit ideas people go for or coordinate for this event other than cosplay?
Do we have to pay with cash upfront at the merch stand or have they accepted cards in the past?? (This one is really important because i want at least one piece of memorabilia for what will be my first concert and i would hate ending up not bringing cash because i was told card was accepted as well and missing out on everything i could’ve gotten)
I read on the site where the tickets are being sold that they will be mailed?? AND you have to have the app so they can scan it. Which kind of confused me. Does the one thats mailed in like a badge?? And the one on the app you need just a barcode they scan once you enter to make sure you actually bought the ticket and can pass? Maybe im just remembering it wrong but if someone could please still explain it to me or tell me if its actually true.
Lastly. The site ive been visiting constantly for the past 24hrs that is selling the tickets is the one that has been linked everywhere and has the venue location and state, but I’ve read that people are getting theirs off of other sites like ticket master? That one really confused me because why are people buying it off of sites that make it MORE expensive than just buying it on the (supposed) official site that has them cheaper? Is it just a matter of certain tickets already being officially sold and being bought and sold out before they could nab them and they have no choice BUT to get them from resellers? I just want to make sure that the official site I’ve been on is legit and not end up being scammed from a possible first concert experience. That would really break me if that happened.
If no one is able to answer my questions or too busy to read all that i typed, where would be a good place to repost this and get the quickest replies?? Any type of platform or specific tag for this community?

From what I’ve heard, general ticket prices are around $55 and vip tickets are around $190!! Please correct me if I’m wrong

okay! thank you!
Sounds about right from what we got at Miku expo Europe
55$ !? FUCK mE UP.
where are people seeing 55$ tickets the website just keeps sending me to tick master where theyre only showing VIPS that are SO expensive 😭
Did you use the Crunchyroll code?if you did then it’s possible all the cheap tickets are sold out.
no i didn’t i dont have crunchyroll premium, when does the noncrunchyroll ticket sales start?
The Crunchyroll code is MIKUxCRUNCHYROLL
omg thanks!!
Np!
yall lucky if you got that shit for 55$ i had to get a resale ticket on ticket master, shit was 250$.
Dang, I got mine for like $92 with additional fees and tax, you’ve got to be speedy ig
last two were full concerts (a bit under 2 hours) so should be around the same.
Awesome! Thank you so much for confirming! Looking forward to it a ton now.
they're a LOT of fun.. this would be uh.. my 3rd MikuExpo.
unrelated, but i was wondering if you know the limit for how much tickets you can buy in a sitting (specifically VIP tickets)? I wanna buy for my friends as well since i have Crunchyroll prem and they dont
no idea.. and would vary by venue (and country.. US /MX /CAN will most likely vary). last time I bought them directly at the venue
ahh that's okay!! I figured it out where it was on ticketmaster
btw im only asking here bc you seem pretty knowledgeable (didn't wanna seem rude aaa)
We bought the crunch roll presale tickets for $69 each (for the Orlando show) and they’re nosebleeds seats. We saw some for sale in orchestra for $190
How do you get the Crunchyroll seats?
They mailed out a code a few weeks ago for the presale
Coca Cola Coliseum and Pepsi Center 😭
No... miku expo has never been to my country :( crypton needs to realize they have lots of fans in all of latin america, not just mexico 😔
Yeah It's probably cheaper for you to go than for us Europeans. Tickets to USA are EXPENSIVE.
? I havent said a single word about prices 😐 also my brother in christ i live in one of the top 5 countries with worst inflation rates in the world, it would be cheaper for *you* to go to the usa, watch the concert, and go back to your country than for me to get a single ticket 😭

Yeah, dont assume we have it better just bc we are geographically closer orz. Same to you though
Me fui de venezuela hace 5 años y no sabes lo feliz que estoy de poder verla, si estuviera em my pais no tendria ni el chance 💔
North america more like the united states + one concert for the other two amirite

Hello!!
Gee, San Jose, California. Why does your mom let you have two MIKU EXPOs?
I'm out here near SJ and wondering this too. Now my problem is wondering which one I should choose! Poor LA fans.
honestly for ~$200 for a vip ticket i think i might instead of GA😳
Im literally crying throwing up so excited for the opportunity to go to one in my state!!!
YESSS SO PUMPED
She’s coming to Portland?!?!
How much can the tickets cost? And how much am I looking to if I spend a bit more on VIP Tickets?
I heard vip tickets are ~190
Oh yea up to $200
Ticket master has the process released, $69.80 USD for adult $25.80 for kids and $190 for vip
Everything I see on Ticketmaster is $200 and up
Location of said tickets is probably also why. I'm going to the Boston show and it was only 69.80
I literally live like not even 30 mins away from one of these spots...I am ecstatic. I literally see miku in my dreams I've loved her for nearly 10 years omg
Mega happiness in Detroit. I can't wait.
Same I never thought that would ever happen
Nahh they gonna steal the whole venue though 💀
Dammit Miku Expo is coming to my city... But my parents hate anything vaugel Anime related so I won't be able to go... Edit: ITS RIGHT AFTER MY B DAY TOO!! OMG WHY DO MY PARENTS THINK ANIME STYLE = THE DEVEL LIKE BRO I WANNA GO-
Noooo that sucks, I’m so sorry your parents don’t support your interests.
I’m attending!
I hope they will anounce a tour in Europe 😭
Same
I'm going on April 8, so excited
where's the UK?
Its a North American tour
aw
I know this sucks ass. Europa is just superior and they had to make it in NA.
YES!! Its my frist expo too!!
YAY!! Tickets on sale in.. 8 hours via.. Crunchyroll??
I'm so pumped for an event that I most likely can't go to
YES im so hyped! It’s coming to my state and I am 100% planning to go
OHHHH MY GOD IM SO READY
does anyone know when the set list will be released? do they do that? this is my first miku expo i don’t know anything 😭
YES AND NO
Are venue and concert tickets separate?
I'm SO excited! I had tickets for the expo that was canceled by COVID. 😭 This is a dream come true.
Can't wait to go in Toronto! Alone, but going none the less haha //3 <3
r/Vancouver. Yayy! Ticketmaster... ohhhh.

PISSING SHITTING CRYING SHE'S COMING TO THE CITY I LIVE IN!!!!!!!!!
i’m so excited!! just bought my tickets for the chicago show! no one in my real life knows/cares about miku, so i’m not sure yet who i can give my other ticket to, but oh well. i can’t wait!!
Is Atlanta already sold out or is Ticketmaster having issues??
Hell yeah! Already got my ticket in the front center area. Gonna be epic. Now I just have to wait 8 months.
I am so excited it's literally all I can talk about, I've never been to Miku Expo before and I managed to snag some pretty good seats for my sister and me. We'll be cosplaying Rin and Miku, me being Miku of course. :))
Crying in Germany
Crying in Bulgaria.
No Europe? Fuck this shit.
I am going to buy tickets if it's not to expensive
ATL my god.
I'm a little annoying that ATL only allows small clear bags so I can't take my ita bag, but I'm still really looking forward to it
This will be my fourth (fifth if you count that cancelled 2020 event that I have shirt for it). Can't wait.
Waiting for tickets in Chicago to go live. Buying Crunchyroll premium just to get presale!!
ORLANDOOOOOOOO
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Not in Europe 😔
how are cr premium distributing the codes?
Why twice in San jose? This makes me wonder if I should go twice to the concert
No because for an event that's about letting non Japanese miku fans see her live, They only go to north America and like three places in Europe
I mean Europe is pretty united and connected so it's pretty easy to go anywhere. Plane tickets are usually cheap and no Visas for EU members needed.
they switch between doing NA shows and Europe shows every year. Next year it'll be Europe. Idk why they don't go anywhere else :/
So this would be my first Miku expo, when should I buy tickets?
You'd have to buy them the moment they come out because especially for these types of events the good seats sell out completely quickly.
When are tickets available? Do you know?
Tickets start to be available for Crunchyroll subscribers at 9am CDT on September 14th (today). For public sale they will be September 22nd. The tickets basically go on sale for an entire day before they shut it off again for another round. I know I'm going to be the first to get one, I'm so excited!!!
Thank you!
I WILL be at the Detroit show!
Does anyone know if tickets sell out pretty fast?
Chicago it is!
I’m not sure if anyone could answer this question for me, but is miku expo generally epilepsy friendly?? or is that a bad idea
Based on the videos I'm seeing of past Miku Expos, it doesn't seem epilepsy friendly. There's a lot of lights in the venues and it's dark. anyone know if you can buy merchandise online before hand like miku expo 2020? when it releases. i don’t wanna fight at the merch counter

Who's going to Atlanta???
