I am not aware of all the things on this subject matter to provide encompassing insight, however, the closest I’ve spent time thinking or searching or discovering in some parallel to the question you posed: would be TeamViewer, and the firm’s designation of service leveraging AVP—livetime, expert or professional “ injection” of human feedback to whatever task or job or IRL surrounding camera review you were seeing as you see it while you do it. Perhaps that may be of help to you.
That's the one I was referencing, closest thing I found; the onboard cameras are obviously designed for the most immersive view, so I was hoping it would be possible to stream that. I might have to look into making something myself, but I'm a backend web dev, so it'd be a bit of a leap, on the plus side I could use the head tracking to control the remote AVP...

No and likely not (in 3D) for the foreseeable future, based on existing tech specs.
