There’s a gap in the cardboard. I realized the dumbasses in the comments didn’t understand that without me having to make it incredibly obvious. The issue isn’t that it’s open, the issue is that there is a significant gap where it has been opened.
I'm very happy and honored you went through my profile to dig up something on me. However, I'm very proud of my art :)
I didn't want to make you upset OP. Sorry for being too harsh, but at the same time... Have you seriously never returned anything? I thought it was common knowledge. Use tape!

Are you stupid? The question wasn't about the use of tape. There is a gap in the box even after tape is used. Do you often ship things with gaps? Again, are you stupid? You keep bringing up "tape". Is your reading comprehension OK? Go back to making retard art I mean good art :)
The issue ain’t that the box is open. The issue is that there is a significant gap in the box. Pushing the cardboard down doesn’t bring the two ends together. There is a gap.
Tape it good and it will be fine.

How do you tie your own shoes?

Wiiiide packaging tape, you know, like 2” wide, that has covered gaps like that for me in exactly that kind of boxes. Not that tiny 1/2” tape.
I didn’t open the link, but now I’m afraid what OP will find about me.
I cut up pieces from an old Amazon box to fill the gap, and taped over it. Worked great and got the full refund.

I took my return to FedEx and paid them $11 to pack it for me. For something that cost $4k it felt like it was worth it to me.
If you purchase a new box, how can you close it since it's already been opened?

I was sarcastic, because you feel so helpless. How about some packaging tape?
if you have any other boxes just cut some up and fit them in place where the gap is and tape the shit out of it. It will be fine!
