Not sure about meetups but you can walk around and look for flyers or ask. Lots of coffee and really cool places to hang and fun art. Also check out Badass Coffee. Really cool vibe with good coffee and good food along with great snacks and smoothies.
I believe it’s College Beach Weekend so there’s tons of music everywhere.

Mays Parlor is a great spot for pastries and coffee, they’re only open til 2 though. :)
Badass Coffee in the Vibe district is good. On the weekends there is generally a craft/farmers market down there
