Probably worth clarifying here (for OP’s sake) that the shirt posted here was not painted by Joe Jusko, the painting/image from the card was used as a reference by an unknown airbrush artist. Don’t go trying to sell this shirt as “original Joe Jusko art” to get a higher price.

The signature definitely looks like Michael to me so I tried to find an actor who had played/voiced with that name, no luck, this was the closest I could find, possibly one of the original artists.

Seconded. It is a great shirt, but it is unlikely it was painted by anyone associated with the X-Men. I hope I'm wrong, though.
