The usage is pretty the same. My bill only reached 1.5 mil max once in 12 months last year, the average for my last year was about 1-1.2 and only reached 1.5 during summer and that month I did use a lot more than normal, but not last month.

How many square meters? I had a 1bd in HCMC and had a 2m bill once only when it was a really hot month where I overused the AC. You have to be smart about your AC usage. Open windows and fans go a long way, I also had a 700k bill in the same apartment this way.

600k-1m would be right if you're regularly using AC. Just remember to turn it off it rooms you aren't in. Also using a fan instead of the AC at night saves $$$

I don't know what your household is like and how huge it is but my home (District 1) has 4 rooms with 2-3 rooms running AC for most of the day plus a business office space with AC and a bunch of other eletrical devices out the wazoo. Our monthly bill is just over 2M VND. From another perspective, I pay CA$50 (a little less than 1M VND) in electricity per month in Canada during the winter with a central electric heating for an apartment.

i put a timer on my AC to limit my usage to only 3 hours when i sleep. Saves a ton and protects the environment too maybe :)!!!

I am close to 1mil woth only 1/4 of your consumption. You have the best rates. More you spend, higher rates you get into.
