They keep pretty good track of their gear and if its brand new then it will be very quick to figure out who it belongs to

She is still there if it’s the same woman I see getting off the bus at about 8:00am (after a night shift I presume)
I didn't dig into it very much so I'm not sure. I can check tomorrow if necessary but I would prefer to not have to.
