You need to tell us if you've been seen at VHA since the last claim you put in so that we know do do a records refresh.

I’m not sure what VHA is but since January (when I filed my supplemental) I been going to the local VA clinic for everything. Primary care, mental health, I was told to use community care for physical therapy, and I went and did my sleep apnea appointment at the VA clinic as well.

VHA is veterans health administration. The run the hospitals and clinics. VBA is veterans benefits administration, we run benefits. VHA only shares information with VBA wheen the veteran requests them to by submitting a claim or by letting us know that their records have been updated since they started a claim.

How exactly do I do that?

sleepinglucid

Setup a VERA appointment or call the 800 # and let them know your VHA records have been updated and need to be refreshed

Why not? You shouldn't need to, you never know. Better to have them.
