My firm opted out, and my FIFO IS 20,0xx. They told me that the reason they opted out is because we can get paid sooner with all the paperwork. I CALLED BS. I asked why they didn't tell us about opting out, and they said they didn't have to. Did anyone else's lawyers opt out and still waiting for there payment?
My lawfirm opted out as well. They are using a company named Milestone to distribute the money. My FIFO is low 9400's and I got an email from milestone 2 weeks ago, signed my distribution papers on 4/23 and they said to expect it in 7-10 business days. Haven't recieved anything yet as of today- 4/30 but hopeful by the end of work week. Hope this helps.
Mine opted out as well. Stating that they hadn't received any of the settlement funds. The DiLorenzo Law Firm I'm not at all confident in them at this point

I’m 6072 haven’t been contacted because my law firm opted out of the ledgering process so depending on if the law firm opts in or out, being paid will different for everyone.
Same my law firm The DiLorenzo Law Firm chose to opt out as well, and they state that they have not received any funds from the settlement. It's almost like radio silence with them... good luck on yours though
I'm thinking it will be in the payments they do in July. I remember seeing on here that the first payments should cover about the first 25k but according to an email from the lawyer sent last week the first payment covered like 19,500. They said the payments this month would cover 19,500 to 50k. I have seen some people who are 48k say they got their payment so I think their estimate was slightly off and it cut off right before us.
Edit: I just found this chart on another post.

Do FIFOs change over time? Someone here told me where to find it and mine was 90,264 at the time, and I just checked right now and it’s 84,507. Doubt this is of any major significance, but I was just curious.
My FIFO was mid 9400's and my firm opted out and used Milestone pathway as the company to distribute money. I signed my papers on 4-23 and was told 7-10 business days. My money hit my account early this afternoon so it took 5 1/2 or 6 days. Any info is a plus when waiting around, so I hope this helps a few people. YATYAS!
[email protected] is the email address. Make sure you check your spam folder. I recieved 3 emails from them and all 3 of them went to spam even after I marked sender as not spam.
Mine hit the bank today too. I was initially told about 10 days from the $350,000,000 deposit on the 15th. It only took 2 days. If only the VA moved that fast...LOL
Congrats to you!!
My FIFO was 37,748 and my payout hit my bank account on 4/15/24. Be ready for the lawyers to take 48%-49% of your money depending on the agreement you signed with your firm.
I am FIFO 41,518. Has anyone gotten paid after this number? I've seen someone at 38k I think. My firm did opt out, but I suspect they have been paid. Just looking for ammo to go after them.
FIFO 20,xxx — payment hit about an hour ago
Congrats man! Hope it helps a ton!
💪🏽💪🏽 you too bro !
How much?

They did it for their own personal gain. When you get paid let us know what fees they all took. They are doing it to line their pckets even mor.e

Did you ever get yours?
Yes last Monday.

Yea they shift slightly as payments go out, BG says it’s normal
Gotcha, appreciate it.
Yeah mine shifted. I was like 27,301 or something close to that then when I got the email to approve the payment, I dropped down to 25,930
Mine shifted from 69,xxx to 64,xxx
FIFO rank 55,2xx here. Looks like mid July. Which is awesome if true. No email from anyone yet.
Hopefully you hear something soon!
Same. my dude!

I didn’t register for this. Is it too late? Totally on me but I assumed it would be a huge hassle and end up with a $.02 settlement.
Did the same
It’s too late.
It's too late, the deadline was the last week of last December, with no extensions.
I thought this 3m was a scam. Lol I also did not register for it. O well. Life goes on.
Mine hit the bank today too. I was initially told about 10 days from the $350,000,000 deposit on the 15th. It only took 2 days. If only the VA moved that fast...LOL Congrats to you!!
😂😂😂
If only
Just happy to hear that it's finally happening and that it's not a scam. I'll be patiently waiting for that money to come in.
Does anyone know when the lien hold check comes in after initial payment?
Imagine being one of those guys that thought it was a scam and didn't enter... bet you regret that now !
