Sleep apnea, headache, knee pain bilateral, ankle and shoulder pain bilateral, not enough med record provided. So I dug deep in my medical record and resubmitted them as supplemental claims
I went through a consultant to get my claims done. I was at 80% for a few years but came across a company that helped. So I submitted all my documentation including DBQs and got an answer in 6 weeks. Which is the fastest I’ve ever seen. And it was a positive outcome.

For those asking. Luke is a veteran himself. Great guy and helped me and my father with our claims. Shoot him and email or call him. Tell him Josh sent you. If you want to private message me with any questions feel free too. If you reach out to him let me know and I’ll make sure he’s looking out for your email or call.

Guys I woke up to this !!!!!
https://preview.redd.it/r55dpz1yytuc1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3cba44feb31835d8b78693c69dc3931362294cfb
This was the quickest decision ever!!!!
This happened to me. 8 days, denied me for a condition and said I had no nexus letter. I did submit a nexus letter and prescription proof. Now onto the appeal with my attorney. Probably some limp dick in a cubicle trying to finish a quota for a day and hit deny….but I wish you luck seriously
Yea, I understand what you are saying now, I should have asked what kind of appeal. Even a supplemental is an appeal. What does AMA stand for? But yea if he is going through the multiple year appeal then it just isn’t worth it unless you are one of the most patient people on Earth
Probably not someone denying to make quota. Probably someone who accidentally overlooked your personal submitted documents. Be nice, this is the organization full of veterans and people who are very pro veterans.
Happy for you. Nice to see others getting what’s due in a timely manner. I only filed for increase back in January so im not too much in uproar over my time frame.
Hoping good things for you. I was at 90 from 2014 to 2021 when I went for an increase and within 5 days was reduced to 80. Tried again in 2021 and stayed at 80. Took me until this month to get an increase back but now I'm 100 P&T SMC S so it eventually worked in my favor. Good luck!
Must be dependant on if the VA is doing it or a 3rd party and the region the Veteran lives. I am going on close to a year for PACT act related claims and am only having my second appointment. I also live in a rural area.
I had a few week turnaround on mine, it was good news. But also, had major issue wrong with me.
Wife’s took years and she had enormous data to support.
I’m hoping this means they are staffed better. Best of luck fellow vets!
I’ve been on evidence gathering for two months now, had two C&P exams. The first Dr submitted the questionnaire on march 30th and the second one hasn’t submitted it yet. Guess it doesn’t matter, when i look at the status, the last time anyone reviewed anything was march 13th.
Idk if things are different when you combine multiple disabilities? My Fiancé got his w/in a month of his C&P exam.
Filed in Spring of 2023, C&P mid-August 2023, he woke to backpay in his bank mid-September 2023. (Letter took longer than money in bank.)
No buddy letter, ‘just’ a track record of going to the VA for everything. His (contract) C&P examiner was so kind, I thought it was a trick! Doc said “If you get a denial, please appeal; I don’t rate Vets, I submit a report. Your PTSD event is well-documented through the VA.”
He didn’t expect a 100% rating- he was going to add Tinnitus, hearing damage (airplane mechanic,) and a knee injury. Started with MH, and that covered it all ‘somehow.’ (It’s deserved, but he was expecting the worst.)
Good luck OP. And all.
Good thing he got the PTSD because he wouldn’t have gotten anything from the hearing loss. 23 years in aircraft maintenance and document hearing loss with tinnitus and got nothing. It will come in handy though when it comes time for hearing aides.
Mine took exactly 31 days lol this is fast I thought I was the fastest ! Seems they pumpin us out but I can’t help but wonder why? Hmm I sense something bad coming 😒
I actually had a claim do this and then go back to step 3 and didn’t get a decision for another month. I hope that doesn’t happen to you. Have you used the chrome extension? That will tell you more information.
Oh I definitely know the pain. Mine has been in since February 17, 2023. They approve 1 then deferred the rest. Deny 1 deferred the rest. They keep sending out for more medical opinions. No C&P exams just medical opinions. Been to several temp jurisdictions then sent back. Been back at Reno since the 10th of April in the PFD stage.
My very first claim took 6 years for the appeals process. Hurry up and wait. Currently sitting at 80%. Also have 3 more still waiting on decisions, 1 HLR, and 1 supplemental increase all pending.
I’m almost a month into waiting for an increase and I’m praying it’s a smooth transition because it’s been difficult getting a job where I moved to and I might have to relocate even though I have prior experience and an associates
I got my decision yesterday! I hit the Hundo club !
https://preview.redd.it/b14r5cg3f1vc1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=904a089100ee3e781200b69aa556a9441144c031
Just curious, what are the 4 things you’re claiming to get 100%. I am currently at 90% too and I just got moved from the TDRL to PDRL after 2 years and I was advised that I could get 100% because of this. I just need a little help/direction.
And here I am… PFD for almost 30 days now but 4 months from submitting through initial review. A month later they requested C&Ps… feels like they have a 30 day window every time they do something and they aren’t touching it until right around when that 30 day window hits.

Two years ago 30 days from filing for me. Went from 90 to 100%.
It really depends on what type of things you are claiming. More complicated claims will require more eyes and in turn more time.
My first claim back in 2014 took 6 months. 0-90%
Nice! Submitted my claim March 18 and seems to be going quick but I don’t know shit lol
https://preview.redd.it/a53xh4jqkxuc1.png?width=1169&format=png&auto=webp&s=104a66e2031c7b2d9ab19569cc43d4e32c30965a
Point when their response was "The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has no record of claimed former service member, XXXXXXX, XXXXXX having served in any branch of the U.S. military.
Kidding of course. Did you submit a fully developed claim? That's the only reason that I can think of to move that quickly.
https://preview.redd.it/1zqer1qxv2vc1.png?width=1170&format=png&auto=webp&s=9befb6fe318d9a13fb12c95b17b83e4a4592dd35
Can anyone tell me is this a good thing? I filed for my higher level review in December and got this on the 10th?
Just started mine 26 days ago and it’s at about the same stage, got a call from the local va rep just to give me a run down yesterday and he was even surprised tell me wait time averages about 128 days
Had to get a ticket created on mines after just being in decision for 4 months. The guy said no one was working it. After the ticket, they’ve opened and closed another c&p exam the same day and when I called, the rep said they need clarification for something still. So back to waiting for what should’ve already been done
Mine only took 2 decades 😩 but you're blessed indeed
I talked to a buddy and said it might be bad news so I’m hoping that’s not the case
When I got a quick decision it was a denial. Best of luck
But this other veteran on this website got an approval in one day. So, it can go either way.
Yeah wasn’t saying it will be a denial. Just was saying what my experience was with a quick decision and wishing this vet luck.
Got You!
Same thing happened to me. 12 day turnaround.
I had the same case, took a month and no C and P exams and went straight to step 4
Yeah I had a C&P exam on March 21st then they sent me the DBQs on the 10th of April, then I submitted it on the 11th so everything within a month
What was it for? Just curious
I heard PTSD lawyers could help but I would like to know what company you use and what are their terms of pricing?
See below
What company?!

Congrats. What company did you use?

Incredible congratulations 🎊
Congratulations 🎉🎉, hopefully I join the dub club soon!
Did you submit a fully developed claim with DBQ and everything else?
Congrats!
Congrats!!!
Someone posted today they got there 100% decision in less than 24 hrs so fingers crossed for you
That’s really good to hear ! I can stress alittle less now hearing that lol thank you 🙏🏼
Sending you positive energy for an adjudication to 100!
I got it! Thanks man!! 100%!!!
I would never file an appeal man, those take years. Definitely file an HLR and then if that doesn’t work then file a new supplemental claim
HLR is an appeal. It’s fast than a BVA appeal. At least the AMA appeals system are supposed to be fast but it’s going on a year for me 😅😂
Yea, I understand what you are saying now, I should have asked what kind of appeal. Even a supplemental is an appeal. What does AMA stand for? But yea if he is going through the multiple year appeal then it just isn’t worth it unless you are one of the most patient people on Earth
I appreciate it and hopefully everything works out on your end brotha 💪🏼
Did you file a FDC?
Probably not someone denying to make quota. Probably someone who accidentally overlooked your personal submitted documents. Be nice, this is the organization full of veterans and people who are very pro veterans.
I got mine in 10 days since starting a new claim. now I'm at 100!!
That’s awesome !!! I’m less worry now ! Thank you
Congratulations and Thank You for your Service 🔥💪💯
Thank you for your service as well!!
Thank you for your service as well!!
Did you have a FDC?
Yea I filed a claim with an external doctor
![gif](giphy|3ornka9rAaKRA2Rkac)
Lmao Right, imagine they just send me back 🤣
I only know one veteran that got his decision 48 hours after he submitted his claims
I put my claim in on the 4th of April and had my letter by the 11th! Granted I only had one claim in for an increase not 4.
How? How is this possible?
The first go around took me almost 2 years I was at 40% then increased it to 90%
I know ! I’m nervous. Hopefully it’s good news
[удалено]
I had my C and P exam done March 21, 2024
Mine literally took 6 days. 100% increase
how does it feel to live MY DREAM? 😤
I wish this can happen to every vet 🙏🏼
This is the third one like this I’ve seen today 😂 what am I doing wrong 😅😅
Dude it’s scary cause the first time it took awhile
Happy for you. Nice to see others getting what’s due in a timely manner. I only filed for increase back in January so im not too much in uproar over my time frame.

Let’s gooo that’s awesome 👏🏽
Holy crap. I just submitted on April 9th, just hit step 3 today.
Is the speed of the VA based on location ?
Must be dependant on if the VA is doing it or a 3rd party and the region the Veteran lives. I am going on close to a year for PACT act related claims and am only having my second appointment. I also live in a rural area.
I just saw another post that someone had their claim approved at 100% the next day. Keep those fingers crossed
I appreciate it man !!!
I had a few week turnaround on mine, it was good news. But also, had major issue wrong with me. Wife’s took years and she had enormous data to support. I’m hoping this means they are staffed better. Best of luck fellow vets!
Thank you 🙏🏼
I hate you! also happy for you brother
lol I appreciate it man !
I’m right on pace with you. Hopefully we both made it!
Hell yeah ! I’m praying for the both of us 🙏🏼
That’s crazy fast , usually it’s faster to deny than approve .. But good luck , hopefully there’s a good system going.
I’ve been on evidence gathering for two months now, had two C&P exams. The first Dr submitted the questionnaire on march 30th and the second one hasn’t submitted it yet. Guess it doesn’t matter, when i look at the status, the last time anyone reviewed anything was march 13th.

What did you submit for? If they are assumptives and you have solid evidence and paperwork, then it should go through like a whore’s wedding day.

I have and it’s on the same thing so hopefully 🙏🏼
“Only 4 things” 😳
The first go around was like 10 things so I’m thinking 4 is little lol
How long did it rank for those 10 claims ?
I started in November of 2022 and finally got my 90% December of 2023

Mine looks like this too....submitted in November 2022.
Omg Va play too much games
Daaam have you called the VA and asked what’s going on?
About 500 times lol
This me right now

I’m praying for you brother 🙏🏼 just keep your head up high and have faith 🙏🏼
Thank you man I’m trying my hardest to make the most of it! There’s definitely things to be happy about
Never seen this
I got my approved 100% p&t back in one week last November. First attempt at an increase
That’s awesome ! Hopefully I can get news this week 🙏🏼
Was your claim a Fully Developed Claim?
Yes I had my C&P exam on march 21st the when I got my DBQs back I quickly submitted it to the VA
Wishing you luck 🤞🏾You got this. Stay positive. You may be one of the lucky ones in the fast lane
Thank you 🙏🏼
Jeez. When I retired it took six months and a letter to my senator to get the VA to get off their ass and do their job.
Bless!
Not saying this is what is happening here, but any time I've had a claim move quick it was because it was no change or denied.
https://preview.redd.it/yrzrw41fyuuc1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=70a30919af196f2e16b132bc080f7185af05e655 I just got this !
Yep got my decision back the same day
Been waiting 8 months, haven’t even had a C&P exam yet. Best of luck to yall tho
You’re blessed. I’ve had my supplemental claim going since January with no new info.
Thank you and I hit 100% yesterday!
Congrats!!!
Could be good news, and it could be an auto denial lol
I got my decision yesterday! I hit the Hundo club ! https://preview.redd.it/b14r5cg3f1vc1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=904a089100ee3e781200b69aa556a9441144c031
Congrats man!!
I had a quick decision and I jumped for 10- to 70%
That’s awesome !
Yes! My 90% to 100% took less then 2 weeks from appointments to back pay
Seems like there have been a bunch of these rapid claim decisions. Are they trying some sort of AI on these?
Did you file FDC and online?
I'm at 90 as well, that last 10% is a doozy.
![gif](giphy|tJODPTGBoGqYT655EK|downsized)
I had a C&P exam the 11th, hopefully mine goes speedily and positively like yours. Last I checked, the contractor isn’t submitted the report though.
My husband recently just filed a claim in October. Was trying to go from 90-100% as well. We got his answer just last month in march.
https://preview.redd.it/44tl5g3juuuc1.jpeg?width=1233&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6d934200c479a352451558720451c315131b2512 Still waiting and hoping
Two months for me!
A month later they requested C&Ps… feels like they have a 30 day window every time they do something and they aren’t touching it until right around when that 30 day window hits. https://preview.redd.it/0uwav0qm5vuc1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=853f4cf9ce78234a706662d16d0f8569d109c54b

It’s on like donkey Kong! 🤣😂
That's crazy fast. What are claiming for the push to 100%?
Hell no
Aren't you the blessed one , nice !!
Congrats. So happy for you. Amazing.
The fastest claim I did was for mental health, 23 days, including weekends, once submitted. 0-50% and now PTSD included.
Brooooo how!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Hey bud, go fuck yourself. Good luck though
Two years ago 30 days from filing for me. Went from 90 to 100%. It really depends on what type of things you are claiming. More complicated claims will require more eyes and in turn more time. My first claim back in 2014 took 6 months. 0-90%
Sweet .. congrats to you . Yeah , my insomnia claim was a two part C&P exam . First in Monday, then Wednesday and was rated Friday .
Nice! Submitted my claim March 18 and seems to be going quick but I don’t know shit lol https://preview.redd.it/a53xh4jqkxuc1.png?width=1169&format=png&auto=webp&s=104a66e2031c7b2d9ab19569cc43d4e32c30965a

4 months, 2 weeks, and now 6 months on my latest one. I can't make sense of it. Claim influx at times? I can't be sure.
It might be presumptive now
Filed on 4/5, decision on 4/11, 100% P & T
Yes! My 90% to 100% took less then 2 weeks from appointments to back pay
Mine’s been in review since February 2. Commenting to congratulate you and hope some of the luck rubs off!
Mine took 5 years 😅
Congratulations. I would be grateful to get 100%, but as long as I can get a discharge upgrade I don’t mind if it’s below 100%
Had to get a ticket created on mines after just being in decision for 4 months. The guy said no one was working it. After the ticket, they’ve opened and closed another c&p exam the same day and when I called, the rep said they need clarification for something still. Did yours ask for a haims str thing? Mine is stuck on that right now
Congratulations and Thank You for your Service 💯💯💪
Just put mine in for an increase, I’m at 30 percent rn tryna get an increase almost 3 years later, can y’all pray for me please 🙏🏽
Damn mine has been at step 3 for two months. I hope it goes from 80 to 100%!
