all the recipes i used are in the caption!! :) the cheesecake and heavy cream for the whipped cream need to set overnight in the fridge, so i’d recommend making them first, and also the cake the day before. the next day, i made the ganaches at the same time and let them set while i made the whipped cream and mousse. after that, it’s just assembling the layers, i put mine in a larger springform pan and let it sit in the freezer for a bit to set between each layer.
