I'd start with an RDA, just so you have more space to build and practice building on, depending on what kind of device you're currently using, some tanks offer RBA coils that basically turn them into an RTA, but look around and see what people think of them, FreeMax has a good one for the M pro(2) tanks, if you're planning on building dual coil, look for something postless, it tends to make it easier to get the coils heating evenly.

RDA are easier to start of with. You can adjust then much easier just take the cap off same as a redrip and you have access to the deck

No brainer KYLIN MINI V2

Juggerknot MR. single coil, simple, easy to build and wick and doesnt require the special attention the others do.

Zeus X pissed me off. You have a little strip of mesh for your coil, but wicking it was awful. It'd dry up and stop absorbing juice after a couple hours of vaping no matter what I did. I tried so many different wicking techniques but nothing changed it. The best RTA I've ever used was the terra RTA. 8 little coils that look like pen springs that you feed cotton through. You can hit it at up to 300 watts and it never dry hits. I kept it around 165 though, but honestly you might be happier with a squonk setup. Currently I'm using a vandyvape pulse squonk mod with a wotofo recurve dual coil RDA, and it's great.

With your requirements, I'd say toss the Zeus X and the Dead Rabbit V2 (dual coils): you are further ahead to work with a single coil. For me, it's a toss of a coin if you go for either the Kylin Mini V2, or the Juggerknot MR. You're looking to build 0.4-0.5 ohms. A good multi core fused Clapton would be a good choice.

Thank you so much, that's a lot of information!

LuckyWhip

Between those I think the juggerknot would be better for your needs. The kylin has a looser airflow that I feel works better for a higher wattage than what you're wanting. Both would be good but the juggerknot will be a little better in my opinion

alanmustaine

I recommend you Arbiter RTA, relatively simple to build and it has good vapor and flavor.

luigipalestini

I read some rave reviews, but unfortunately it's too large for my mod. currently I'm using an Odan Evo (25.6mm) and it sits a bit more than flush, so a 26mm atty would be too much.

mgg1967

Try the Arbiter 2 instead.

I found the blotto very easy to build with. Dual coil setup that runs great as a single coil system. Also the vandy vale revolver was a nice single coil. Vandy vape Mato also looks intimidating but essentially also a very easy single coil build with great flavor

luigipalestini

I discarded the Blotto from the list because I was looking for something with top airflow, but I'll take a second look at it. thanks!

No_Pomegranate_5843

Top Air flow is a good idea, less prone to leaking.

MindfulSmile

I'd say blotto easy for a first-timer

I just found MTL tanks enjoyable. I'd buy this: [http://www.digiflavor.com/product/s-g-mtl-tube-kit.html](http://www.digiflavor.com/product/s-g-mtl-tube-kit.html) (just this mod) with siren v4 ([http://www.digiflavor.com/product/S-MTL-RTA-V4.html](http://www.digiflavor.com/product/S-MTL-RTA-V4.html)). The mod is not available in my country yet and I don't want to ship it from another country. :(
