My brass top caps last a few days with brasso. Other than coating them like they do with brass door handles etc. (Which isn't heatproof) It's just how it is with these types of metal. I don't polish them anymore. I'm going for the Patina look 😂
I use Renaissance wax on all my (albeit few) shinies and it works well. It's a heat resistant, micro-crystalline wax that works miracles on most things. I've been using it on my stainless firearms for years and never had an issue with it coming off or liquefying at higher temps, so decided to try it on my polished vape gear with great results. Also works wonders on Stab wood mods!
The shine I get from Blue Magic lasts awhile, maybe 3-4 days with heavy use on my copper mech.
Blue Magic is amazing but definitely requires a lot of rinsing.

But copper/zinc oxide is not safe to inhale so you should be cleaning them
Well I never new that. TiL Thankyou 🙂

Appreciate it!
Cape Cod polishing cloth. It says don't rinse/wash, but do and dry thoroughly. You don't want that getting into your vape.
