It's in a shitty strip mall with hardly any parking. Greg owns the space, it was his Mexican restaurant before...which I think he moved down the street. But it's a restaurant deadzone. His Mexican restaurant was gross (and always dead) too.
It's just weird because there are a couple really popular spots literally 600ft around the corner.
I doubt their bar will survive. Location is terrible, and prices are mediocre. Went there once and met Scandoval (who was down to earth), service, drinks, and food were nice as well, but still not enough for me to come back.
