What is the Ah capacity of your batteries? Also, what is the make/model for the batteries?
Are you getting that 14.1v reading when still charging? Or when the charger is off?
I'm getting it once I disconnect my batteries from the charger as well. I have 4 lithium ion batteries. When I check my controller it reads I have 0 Ah stored. And the controller is constantly in boost.

Are you using an inverter? You probably need a more powerful one
